Every time the printer prints a
blank page of paper

The print settings or an out-of-date or corrupt printer driver are the causes of the extra sheet of paper printing. You might try updating or reinstalling your printer drivers to resolve this problem. This setting is helpful if multiple people are using the same printer and is usually used in offices with high print volumes. Before every printout, an additional sheet of paper is created to identify the document and its owner. The term “Separator Pages” refers to these additional sheets.

You can designate whether to insert a separator page before or after each stack when you insert them in between a specific number of copies. To avoid receiving a blank page after each print job, select “Print Directly To The Printer” by doing the following steps:

1. Enter “Control Panel” into the taskbar search box. After selecting “Control Panel,” go to “Devices and Printers.”

2. Choose “Printer Properties” with a right-click on the printer you are currently using.

3. Click the “Advanced” tab now and choose “Print Directly To Printer.” After selecting Apply, select OK

4. Restart your computer, connect your printer, and turn it on after removing the printer driver. Windows will install your printer’s default driver.

How Can The Printer Driver Be Updated?

Visit the printer’s manufacturer website to get the most recent drivers for your printer model in order to update the printer driver. Consult the printer manual if you’re unsure of the printer model. Whether you are using a Windows PC or a macOS device, the manual should be able to provide you with instructions on how to update printer drivers.
